These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of twebz.com and the services provided by The Web Zone (Twebz) (“Twebz”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website or engaging us for any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
1. Our Services
Twebz provides digital services including website analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking and conversion tracking), search engine optimization (SEO), website development, performance tracking and conversion optimization. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing (by proposal, email or contract) before work begins.
2. Quotes, Payments and Refunds
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Unless agreed otherwise, projects may require an advance payment before work starts, with the balance due on delivery. Retainer services are billed in advance for each period.
- Invoices are payable within the time stated on the invoice. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
- Because our work involves time and expertise, fees for work already completed are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled, you pay for the work done up to the cancellation date.
3. Your Responsibilities
To deliver our services, you agree to:
- Provide the access we need (for example GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Search Console, hosting or CMS access) in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about your business, website and goals.
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, images, trademarks or data you give us.
- Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable time.
- Keep your own backups of your website and data. We take care when working on your systems, but you remain responsible for maintaining backups.
4. Account Ownership
We set up analytics, tag manager and advertising accounts under your business ownership wherever possible. You keep full administrative ownership of your accounts and data. We only use the access you grant us for the purpose of delivering the agreed services, and you may remove our access at any time.
5. Results and Third-Party Platforms
We use proven methods and best practices, but search engine rankings, traffic, conversions and advertising performance depend on factors outside our control, including algorithm updates, competition and platform policies. For this reason we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue results.
Our work often relies on third-party platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta, WordPress, Shopify and hosting providers. These platforms may change their features, policies or pricing at any time. We are not responsible for outages, data loss or changes caused by third-party platforms.
6. Intellectual Property
Once all fees are paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as tracking configurations, reports, dashboards, website code and content. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and know-how, and we may reuse general techniques in other projects. Unless you ask us not to, we may mention your business name as a client in our portfolio, without sharing confidential data.
7. Confidentiality
We treat your business data, analytics data, account credentials and any non-public information as confidential. We will not share it with third parties except where needed to deliver the services or where required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twebz is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project in the three (3) months before the claim.
9. Use of This Website
The content on this website, including blog articles and guides, is provided for general information only and is not professional advice for your specific situation. You may not copy, republish or misuse our content without permission, or attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation.
10. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing service by giving written notice as agreed in the project terms (or 14 days’ notice if nothing else was agreed). Any fees for work completed up to the end date remain payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion; if that is not possible, the courts of Islamabad will have jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date shown at the top.
