You can apply at any bank offering this scheme, such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, ABL, BankIslami, and other similar banks. Go to the branch, ask for the MGMA form, and submit your basic documents. After initial approval, the bank will ask you to find the property and complete the remaining checks.

- For salaried applicants, banks usually ask for the last 3 salary slips.
- Most banks ask for the last 6 months bank statement.
- You will usually need to sign an undertaking on stamp paper stating that you do not own any housing unit anywhere in Pakistan. The format may vary from bank to bank.
- The property is usually pledged / mortgaged in the bank's name until the loan is fully repaid.
